How long does a kitchen remodel take in Orlando?

Most kitchens run 4 to 8 weeks from demo to walkthrough. Cabinet lead time is the biggest variable, so we order before we tear out.

Can I stay in the house during a remodel?

Usually yes. We seal off the work area, set up a temporary kitchen corner and keep one bath running.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We tell you up front whether your project needs a permit and how it gets handled.

Can you open up a wall between the kitchen and living room?

Most of the time. We check whether the wall carries load and size a beam if it does.
